A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Decent service offered. - Spotlessly clean and huge room with fridge. - Very quiet area. - Very central location not far from Vienna's local Christmas markets, the other sights of Vienna, and subway and tram stops.

Excellent helpful staff and a good breakfast, clean rooms and fantastic location but still with its privacy.

The location in the centre , near U bahn station and the parking lot in front of the hotel.

The room was tidy with a cozy bed, sitting area, and tall ceilings.

The convenvience of the location was the thing - close to all the historic building, concert theatres etc. The hotel had all the required information for tourists and were always helpful in answering questions.

On arriving there it wasn't necessarily obvious on how to get to the office area - on the 2nd floor.

Had a very lovely stay for one or two nights, everything was nice. the guest room I stayed in was neat with armchair. - the room had a seating area and a high ceiling plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. - the location offered was particularly good and perfect near to a summer film and music festival, neighborhood restaurants, and Schottentor underground.

Location is perfect. Hotel staff was very helpul and cooperative.

Did not find anything to open a coke bottle rom mini bar.

The service was great with a simple check-in. Coffee, tea, slices of fresh bread and eggs were fine and complemented the continental breakfast. The hotel was placed in the very central location really close to the historic center.

The queen room here had air conditioning, a work desk, tea/coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and the staff were knowledgeable and competent.

Absolutely superb! Location, room, staff, breakfast, nothing to complain. Also they've been very helpful when I had my flights cancelled due to the air traffic chaos. They allocated me a room, didn't overcharged me at all and tried to help me finding an alternative way home.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with nice coffe and vegetables maybe and juice and had something for everyone.

The staff here is really kind and provides excellent service, making it a great place to stay for the price paid.

Hotel location is excellent: central, but not too busy, - so, we parked easily. Staff are descreate. Our room faced central yard and was light and quiet.

I thought that the hotel was very central, nice big clean room, reasonable good breakfast

The bathroom was very small. We asked for a quiet room and were given one right beside reception. However it happened to be fairly quiet
